Presents in the Post

Presents in the Post_1

The last week of April, and the coming months of May and June are filled with birthdays of family and friends. I love giving gifts and this local gift service, Presents in the Post, is a great way to surprise someone special (or yourself). The idea is you subscribe, tell them whether the gift is for a boy or a girl, for yourself or a friend, and they will send the surprise gift, all neatly wrapped,  in the post.

A few of the posted presents have been:

Presents in the Post_3

Acrylic and ink illustrations by Jaco Haasbroek. I love this one with the mean cake.

Presents in the Post_2

Illustrated shadow boxes by Julia Anastasopoulos, the resident illustrator at Presents in the Post. Her illustrations are so fun and you can see more of her work at her website knolc.

Presents in the Post_4

The Tsuyoi wallet designed by Wolf & Maiden, an oragami leather wallet, that has no glue or stiching.

Presents in the Post_5

Bright jewellery made with local materials  by Pichulik.

So happy it is the weekend.
